We aim to ship your purchases within 1/2 working days of placing your order, and at the rates specified during the shipping calculations at checkout

UNLESS

your purchase is a Moon Mist pre-order, in which case it will be shipped on the date specified on the product page, the checkout and our communication via email.

Please note: If you are in the UK, we will ship your purchases via Royal Mail Tracked 48®. This ensures that both you (the customer) and us (the seller) are protected in the event of loss or damage to the goods (for international orders other rules may apply - depending on the specific courier assigned to the international shipment). 

Royal Mail Tracked 48® Service does not require a signature upon delivery.  Royal Mail will attempt to redeliver your package twice - if all attempts have been unsuccessful, Royal Mail will hold your parcel at your local Post Office branch for 18 days. During the holding period, you will have the opportunity to arrange a collection in person from your local branch.

If your item is not collected within the 18-day holding period, it will be returned to us. Once we receive your undelivered parcel we will get in touch to arrange a new delivery time that suits your needs.

PLEASE NOTE: In the event your original Royal Mail Service has been used up and all delivery/collection attempts have failed, you will have to purchase a new Royal Mail Tracked 48® Service to cover the cost of your new P&P shipping charges.
