Paolo has always been interested in the relationship between physical body and emotional plane and has worked with crystal energy for over a decade.
He is the creator of MOON MIST: a crystal-infused Aura Spray fragrance made exclusively once a month during the full moon.
FACIAL REFLEXOLOGY
A holistic therapy that focusses on applying gentle pressure to the reflex zones and reflexology points on the face, which correspond to specific areas of the body along the nervous system; the aim is to stimulate the brain to re-energise those areas that are out of balance. ​
The use of organic facial oils, together with soothing, circular movements and gentle massage techniques will leave you feeling extremely relaxed and infused with a great sense of inner peace.

A series of Facial Reflexology treatments can also result in an improved, healthy, glowing skin complexion. Facial Reflexology, like traditional reflexology, treats your body by supporting your healing process at an emotional level; it is not a substitute for conventional medical treatment.
FOOT REFLEXOLOGY
Foot Reflexology can support the healing of various conditions.
It can feel more vigorous than facial reflexology as it aims to effectively rebalance and reinvigorate your body by improving blood flow and nerve stimulation.
Firm pressure is applied on the different reflex points of the foot and lower leg in order to realign the brain's connection to different areas of the body, thus leaving you feeling grounded, relaxed and in tune with yourself.

FACIAL LIFTING MASSAGE
